The Rules And Regulations For Our Parks And Pools
1. Our parks are open from sunrise to sunset.
2. Our pools are open July - September:
Monday - Friday 10:30am until 7:00pm
Saturdays 11:00am until 6:00pm
Sundays 12:00pm until 5:00pm
3. Absolutely No Swimming When Lifeguards Are Not On Duty.
4. All swimmers must have Division of Recreation Swim Badges (Passport).
5. All swimmers shall wear bathing caps.
6. All swimmers shall have lined bathing suits.
7. All swimmers must obey the lifeguard instructions at all times.
8. Bicycle Riding, Skating, and Skateboarding are not permitted in our parks.
9. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the parks or pools.
10. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool areas.
11. Please do not litter in our parks or pools.
12. Please play and swim safely, no horse playing.
13. No Drugs or Gambling in our parks
14. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to swim.
15. Soliciting and Loitering are not allowed.
16. The City of Orange Township is not responsible for Any Lost or Stolen Items.
Some of the above rules are punishable up to $500.00.
Violators of the above pool rules will have their swim badge revoked and not be allowed to swim for the season.
Our parks and pools are for us to enjoy, without them we have nothing; please take care of them.
