The evening featured performances by the Orange High School Band, North Jersey Philharmonic Glee Club, Maria Priadka School of Dance, and the renowned New Jersey Philharmonic Glee Club. Valerie Jackson served as the Mistress of Ceremonies. Refreshments were courtesy of Whole Foods (West Orange) and local merchants in Orange.
At www.shoporange.org is posted a list of events happening during the holiday season.
The H4H Campaign will also include an advertising effort designed to attract shoppers to Orange. Beginning December 16th, a four-page advertisement will appear in the Orange Transcript, East Orange Record and West Orange Chronicle. The advertisement will appear in 9,000 subscription-based newspapers (Orange Transcript, 1,500; E.O. Record, 2,500 and W.O. Chronicle, 5,000). Combined with other direct-delivery weekly consumer advertising circulars, it will be delivered to 17,000 households in Orange.
